3 years in F3 and I just want to say thanks to all my F3 brothers who make this thing as special as it is.

I saw a quick little Jordan Peterson clip where he said depression is highest among men in their 40s. That has stuck with me for last couple weeks, so last night I looked into it a little more and stumbled upon this article about a study that found depression is highest in men at the age of 50 on average. (looks like I have a lot to look forward to these next 7 years! J/K)
Depression is like U curve where we are happiest at the beginning and end of life while the middle can be, well, not so happy.
What I found most interesting was that depression does not discriminate. It hits every category of people – men and women, rich and poor, single and married, with and without children.
It seems pretty common to have this creep into your life and its important to recognize it, acknowledge that it’s normal (to a degree) and figure out how to overcome. Don’t let it consume you.
There is help out there if you need it. I saw a note in a stall at Sully’s that said, “For a good time, call @Radio at tel:5135033560.” Maybe he can turn it around for you!
