Speed version:  Rifle carry to the 10, 5 OH Press, 10 Squats, 15 Curls, repeat to 30, rifle carry back.  X3

Circle o’ Pain, each PAX picked a core exercise, and we got after it!

Props to @Music Man, as he has made a commitment, and he’s killing it.  The guy was busting his butt out there today, and we all saw it, and were motivated by it.  Great work!  Which brings me to the generosity of this group of men.  Whether it be Miracle League outings, fundraising, retirement parties, bell ringing, Crazy Ball, or hauling dirt and pavers, this group always delivers.  @Churchill‘s granddaughter is going through something that no child should ever have to endure, and we were able to witness some of the pain on Wednesday.  @Shugah stepped up, and suggested that we do something for the family, and immediately @UniBaller was brainstorming ideas.  He and @Dash eventually settled on an idea (more on that later), and I sent out a text to several PAX, and within five minutes I had close to $200 in my Venmo from various guys in ten and twenty dollar increments.  You guys are phenomenal, and I’m so proud to be a small part of this group.  I just can’t say enough about each and every one of you.  The way we support each other is simply wonderful.  Kudos to all of you!
