Typical warm-up – Neck rolls, Arm circles, Tappy taps, Downward dog, Runners stretch, Pigeon, Catcher and Flamingos.

Workout:

Set up on the goal line.

All exercises OYO timed for 5 minutes each.
Merkins to failure – mosey to the 50 and back. Repeat until time expires
OH press with coupon to failure – mosey to the 50 and back
Dips or tricep extensions – mosey to the 50 and back
Squats with or without coupon – mosey to the 50 and back
Curls – mosey to the 50 and back

Big boys, crunches, flutter kicks.

COT:

Based on a brief Slack conversation I had with @Churchill yesterday it got me thinking about fear and how it can hold us back if we allow it to. It seems that many people have fear or anxiety and expect the rest of the world to cater to them. The only real solution to fear as far as I can tell, is to do the thing that you’re afraid of and over time the fear disappears. Fear is an emotional that helps us with self-preservation. Danger is real and can hurt us, but fear isn’t real, it only exists in our minds, it can’t hurt us unless we allow it to. I’ve found that whenever I’ve felt fear or anxiety, if I think about danger vs fear in those terms it makes it much easier to move forward. Do the thing you fear and fear will disappear.
