Warm-up:

  • Neck rolls, look up/look down, ear to shoulder OYO
  • Arm circles 10 on a 4 count, front and reverse
  • Cross body tricep/Shoulder stretch
  • Behind head lat/tricep stretch
  • Hanging hamstring (active)
  • Down dog calves
  • Up dog
  • Pigeon/Quad stretch

Workout:

  • 25 reps merkins, overhead press, curls, bent rows
  • 6 times up and down stadium steps
  • Mosey back with 100 yard sprint between goal lines
  • Rinse and Repeat!
