Warm-up:

Stretching in the west end zone with a round the horn stating your level of surprise (1-10) that @Squealer didn’t make it to this morning’s festivities.  A lot of 1-3 answers, followed by the best line of the morning from @Bunny Hill.
Bunny Hill:  10

Bunny Hill:  I don’t even know who that guy is.

COT:

I was so moved by @Shugah‘s COT on Wednesday, I wanted to touch on vulnerability.  Being impressed by Shug’s ability to be vulnerable in front of the group, it got me fixated on vulnerability and what it means to different people over the past couple days.  While that COT was highly commendable, it certainly doesn’t mean that everyone needs to bare their soul in front of the group.  I think we all get that.  That option is certainly open to you, and would probably net you the most (diverse) support, as it could come from 10 different sources.  There are, however, other options available through the group.  The Ruck is an awesome way to converse with fellow PAX, and perhaps “unload” some of the baggage we carry on a daily basis.  There are more than a few of us willing to go out for a coffee or beer with a fellow PAX who needs to talk.  Saturday morning Coffeeteria can also be good for this.  In closing, men are ostensibly poor at opening up.  Inside this group, that doesn’t have to be the case.  There is a brotherhood that exists, and it’s here for all to take advantage of.
