Warm-up:

– Motivator from 6
– Shoulders/Tri’s
– Grady Corns
– Turn and Bounce
– Tappy Taps
– Runner’s Stretch
– Bear Stretch/Calves

Workout:

PAX lined up on the west goal line w coupon. Perform 50 Reps of an exercise, ran 85 yards to the 15 yard line, then army crawled to the opposite goal line. Mosey back to west goal line. Rinse and Repeat with different starting exercise. Exercises completed:

– SSH
– Merkins
– Curls
– Imperial Walkers
– LBC’s
– OH Press
– Pickle Pointers
– Dips
– Mtn. Climbers

Worked in a few Yoga exercises for recovery.

6MOM:

Big Boys and American Hammers, done at a 1:4 ratio. Started with 1 and went to 10 Big Boys and 40 American Hammers
