Start at the goal line, 100 yard run to begin 1st Grade.  12 Reps of 1st Grade exercise. 100 yard run to 2nd Grade, perform 12 Reps of 1st Grade exercise and 12 Reps of 2nd Grade exercise.  Continued through 12th Grade, adding an exercise for each grade.
