Warmup – arm circles, turn and bounce, tappy taps, bear squats, michael phelps.

Workout:

Complete the Motivator and after each number, complete same number of merkins, squats, LBC.
Motivator at 10, 10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 LBC
Motivator at 9, 9 merkins, 9 squats, 9 LBC

Praises to all those that ran in the Marathon representing F3. PAXtober is coming. For those of you that don’t know, PAXtober’s goal is to have all of the Q’s taken by different people. Great opportunity for those that are new to take a Q. Reach out to the veteran guys if you need help putting a Q together.
During PAXtober, make it a point to reach out to the guys that haven’t showed up lately and EH them to get them back to the group for the fellowship that it provides.
I have had many people tell me over the last couple months that they Appreciate me. It has been a frustration as they don’t know me and don’t know what I do. Instead of the lip service of telling people that you appreciate them, use your actions and show people that you appreciate them.
Today is my mom’s 74th birthday (she died 21 years ago) and it is still an emotional day for me. I pray for all those that have lost loved ones that struggle throughout the year with this loss. Help them to know that God is with them to get them thru the difficult time.
