Warm-up:

Some mobility and stretchies capped off by the “most important” neck mobility and stretchies

Workout:

Slow Strength Training was 2 sets of super slow Tri Ext, OH Press, Merkins, Curls, Rows, and Squats. PAX did 5 with the coupon, 5 with added resistance by partner, and 5 with coupon. (5-5-5). Well, a couple of the PAX did the sets that way. No names. Rhymes with Ballie and Dirt Pill.

A very non formal “I got nothin” message. I only made reference to the fact that as I go through my week there are instances where I am reflecting on the impact of F3 and how it is affecting my behaviors. I find myself remembering some of the things discussed such as being in the moment, being intentional, having empathy, being more patient etc. Thanks for the great tools you all have provided, the fellowship, and the fitness. Appreciate you all and the opportunity to lead.
