  • Bench press – 50
  • Farmer walk to the 50
  • Push-ups – 60
  • Bear crawl – 25 yards
  • Crab walk – 25 yards to the West goal line
  • Bear crawl -25 yards
  • Crab walk – 25 yards
  • Farmer walk blocks back to goal line
