PAX did one flying squirrel on the home sideline, moseyed to the visitors side, and did two flying squirrels, back home for three, visitors for four, etc.  Rounds 1-15 were Flying Squirrels, 16-30 were Air Squats, 31-45 Air Presses.

Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.
We are promised God’s love and everlasting life, when we are able to persevere temptation and difficult situations.  I love to equate the verses to the group.  When I see guys modifying, I see perseverance.  We may have some injuries or illness, but we’re still showing up every day.  @Garmin exhibits these traits every day.  What a warrior this guy is.  Tons of respect for this man, as he overcomes back pain, vision issues, and putting up with me.  @Garmin is a true example of perseverance for all of us.
