4M(PH) Quest

Half a dozen PAX @Shugah @Dash @Cadet @Picabo @Wall-E @Radio scorched over 3.4 miles in our continued quest to hit the 4MPH average speed mark.  Unfortunately, we fell just short at 3.98, but hey, there’s always Thursday!  Big time props to @Shugah for rucking after his run, and to @Wall-E for joining us mother ruckers!  With all the conversations going on during these rucks, we have to be raising our IQs, as well as our fitness levels!
