Workout:
For 30 minutes Individuals performed the following exercises running from each location: hill run w/ a burpee at the top and bottom 5 reps , rope pull-up from a seated to standing position 5 reps, picnic table lean backs 5 reps, burpee to wall jump 5 reps, rock over the shoulder toss 5 reps per side, pull-up/ parallel bars complex ( 1 pull-up, 1 jump to over the bar extension, parallel bar walk with a dip on both ends) 1 rep, and boulder rolls 10 reps.
