PAX lined up on one sideline and performed the following exercises:

100 coupon merkins
100 body weight squats
100 big boys
100 coupon presses
100 body weight lunges

While PAX is performing these exercises, PAX takes turns running to opposite sideline, perform 2 burpees and run back


Society teaches us that we must always raise the ceiling or else we’re failing. That you must set a personal best every time you do something. I challenge you to start shifting your mindset to focus on raising your floor instead of focusing on raising your ceiling. Start continuously making your “average” better. Soon, the gap between your “average” and your personal best will be minimal, allowing you to far surpass what you thought was possible.
