30 minute obstacle course to see how many rounds we could get.

  • 5 hill runs with burpee at top and bottom
  • 5 incline merkins
  • 5 decline merkins
  • 5 box jumps w/ burpees
  • 10 60lb tosses (5 each arm)
  • Pull up / wall push / dip station on parallel bars
  • Boulder push x 10
  • Repeat

Squid: Hill runs on 3rd round
Shugah: Completed 3 full rounds (w/ 0:30 of give up after vs. starting a 4th)
