OYO Pax completed 1 of each exercise to make the set. Then we ran to the 50yd and back. Next we added one more rep to each drill and repeato – 2 of each exercise, run to the 50; 3 of each exercise, run to the 50.
PAX celebrated with a resounding cheer and 10 unprompted burpees for their Q when @Focker reached 10reps of each exercise! Q was so elated by this warm gesture that he allowed the PAX to start counting down from 10 instead of continuing to increase the set! (or something like that)
-we all stopped when the alarm hit 0635
– I think @Radio made it to 12 counts, @Shugah probably made it to 25 of each, but whatever each PAX top rep number was, the important thing is that we all had fun!

Hold your head high! a buddy of mine recently shared with me how he has had a very challenging start to the 2025 year. We have only been doing this year for 18 days and already he has been kicked in the nuts by life more than a few times. I’m forever impressed with how he continues to hold his head high and see the positives! He turns to God and friends and family first, and he purposely avoids stuff that might cause a bender….fill your vice in here. It reminded me of the importance of this group and the vulnerability that we are able to share with each other…and the support that the group gives in words and prayers to those who take the time to share and ask for our consideration. Forever grateful for this group, and a heartfelt special intention for my friend, and for the guy who needs support right now, whoever he may be.
