Man, I miss football

@Shugah would throw a mighty tight spiral.  One PAX would pick the mode of transport to and from the landing spot, as well as an exercise to be done at the ball.  If @Shugah hit the speaker, we would proceed to Mary.  This did not happen.
A combination of Mosey, Back Pedal, Karaoke, Bear Crawl, Inch Worm, Sprint, and Lunge Walk were done to and from the ball.  Exercises included Merkings, Burpees, Flying Squirrels, Cherry Pickers, Drop the Cherry, Cherry stompers (we got into a whole cherry thing ), Big boys, side tri-rise, SSH

My second favorite Toby passed away a couple weeks ago.  No, not a dog, Toby Keith.  I watched an interview with him that was done about two months before his passing.  He looked terribly thin, and you could tell he was struggling, but he was gracious, smiling, and for lack of a better word, upbeat.  When asked how he was doing, and what how he copes, he didn’t hesitate, and answered, “John 3:16.”  For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. He said that the patients he had met who had no faith struggled far more than those who put their trust in God.  I admired the sentiment, as well as how profound he was in stating this.  RIP Toby…I’ll drink from Red Solo Cup for the next few weeks.
