An Escalator which began in the NW corner of the end zone. PAX performed 10 Jump Squats. Mosey to SW corner of end zone. Performed first exercise, plus 20 Merkins. Mosey to SE end zone, performed first 2 exercises, plus 30 Freddie Mercury’s . Mosey to NE end zone, performed first 3 exercises, plus 40 Side Straddle Hops. Mosey back to NW corner end zone, performed first 4 exercises, plus 50 Curls. PAX then did a 25-yard Bear Crawl and 25-yard Crab Walk, then Mosey to NE corner end zone. Reversed the exercises back to starting point. Total completed:
