The PAX lined up on the goal line and performed 2 minutes of one of the following exercises focusing on the negative position of exercise then moseyed to the 50 yard line and a different exercise for 2 minutes

Weighted calf raises

Learn from the past and push forward.
Today we focused on the negatives. As in life, we all have had some negatives. However, if we did not learn from those negatives, we would not be the men we are today.Prayers for the Bay Student who lost his life in a lacrosse accident. May God look over him and his family and fellow students.
