Workout:

Mosey to the upper parking lot and rotated around 4 stations doing one exercise per round.  Began with a round of 7 reps per station and increased by 7 reps each round.  Final round had 49 reps.

Exercises completed:

  • Big Boys – 28 Reps
  • Dips (on curb) – 56 Reps
  • Merkins (on curb) – 84 Reps
  • Calf Raises – 112 Reps
  • LBC’s – 140 Reps
  • Side-Straddle Hops – 168 Reps
  • Flutter Kicks – 196 Reps

Finished with one set of 16 Merkins to make it an even 100 for the day.

6MOM:

Rotated between high plank, left hand plank, LBC’s, right hand plank and back to high plank.  Each done in a 4-count to 10.
