Workout:
PAX circled up at the South end of the field and picked one exercise. We started with 5 reps of each PAX exercise, increased by 5 reps each round. We went up to 25 reps, then back to 5 reps. Completed 125 reps of each of the following:
- Curls
- OH Press
- Coupon Merkins
- Triceps
- Bent Rows
- Dead Lifts
- LBC’s
- Squats
