Circuit

PAX found a partner completed a circuit workout, with 6 stations total
The stations were

1. Burpees
2. Chest press
3. Rows
4. Curls
5. Squats
6. Merkins

the PAX at the first station would do ten burpees, then yell “switch” and every pair would rotate to the next station via a nice mosy, while the other PAX would do as many reps of  whatever exercise they were on till the burpee pair finished

Repeated until time

I found a quote I liked recently from G.K. Chesterton
“And when it rains on your parade, look up rather than down. Without the rain, there would be no rainbow”
I like this quote because I can be a very pessimistic person at times, and have been trying to remind myself that there is usually a silver lining in situations if try to look for it.
