Pack mule (50lb ruck sack with double farmers carry)
Medicine ball burpees
Band jumps/band curls
Football throws/sprints/monkey humpers
Extended slow/fast bicycles… 1x, 2x, 3x, 2x, 1x
Try something different. Good thing lie outside the comfort zone. If you haven’t tried it, start with a ruck. Radio does a great job on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You burn more calories than running. It’s great for your body and the fellowship is phenomenal.
