Each PAX member performed the following exercises using a MUTT bar then took a lap around the track15 Wall-E’s trifecta15 Squat holds15 LBCs

COT:
Shugah was there today to motivate me as I tried to jog around the track. The first lap I was just short of completing a full lap. After completing the exercises, the next three laps, Shugah came back and gave me the push to complete the lap at a jogging pace. This meant a lot to me.
After having a very successful post, My COT was changed. I was trying to imagine what thing would have been like if I didn’t find F3? Unable to move? Stuck in a hospital, or even worse, dead? Today, I’m feeling much better!!! I may not have the strength or the speed of your younger gentleman, but I’m here with you. Enjoying the conversations, the exercises, and the weather (most days… LOL).
