PAX circled up with coupons and performed 15 reps of 8 different exercises.  Held a yoga pose between rounds.  Completed 6 rounds of the following exercises:

  • Merkins
  • Curls
  • LBC’s
  • SSH’s
  • Dips

6MOM:

Dealer’s Choice – Each Pax chose an exercise at “suggested” 15 reps:

  • Mr. Climbers

  • Superman’s
  • Plank Hold

COT:

Focused this one on our brother @McCracken.  He originally signed up to Q this morning, but has since been hospitalized.  Thankful that this was caught in time and we pray for a successful, upcoming surgery. @McCracken has been a regular at F3, with over 180 combined beatdowns, rucks and runs, this year.  He has been leading the weekly runs, as well. Hoping for speedy recovery!
