Intervals!

Took a nice one lap walk around the track, joining @French Lick and @Wall-E who had already begun this ritual.  @Focker came in hot at 7:01!  The normal stretches were then partaken in the west endzone.

We busted out the following in robust F3 fashion:
800 Meter Run, 400M Walk
400M run with upped intensity, 200M Walk
400M run, 200M Walk
200M run, 100M Walk
200M run, 100M Walk
100M run, 100M Walk
100M run, 100M Walk
And then it was done.  Just like that.

Expounding upon @Churchill‘s message yesterday, I felt it important to look back upon Veteran’s Day.  Our political climate has certainly been heated of late, but regardless of which side of that fence you fall on, we still live in the greatest country on Earth, and we still enjoy more freedoms than the rest of the planet.  For that, we can all thank a Veteran!
