Workout:

The rounds. Each round consisting of three exercises. All exercises done on a four count, slowly holding the negative. Three sets of each round.

Round 1:

  • Merkin (Reg, Reg, Hand Release)
  • Squat (Stance: Wide, Reg, Narrow)
  • Shoulder Press
  • LBC

Round 2:

  • Curl (Hand Grip: Outside, Reg, Inside)
  • Squat (Split Stance)
  • Tricep Press
  • Freddie Mecuries

Round 3:

  • Row
  • Bulgarian Squat
  • Shoulder Shrug
  • LBC
