Warm-up:

Stretches and stuff….lots of eye contact, groin talk and we certainly did ‘spread em’

Workout:

– Pax increased reps for each set by multiplier = to the round.
1. Burpee – 2- 3- 4- 5-etc
2. Dips -4-6-8-10-etc
3. Merkins -3-6-9-etc
4. Abs Choice/Crunches 4-8-12-16-etc
5. Squats 5-10-15-20-etc
Run ~100yds and return for next round.
We collectively made it to round 9 – waiting for the 6 with plank position.
