Murphy Monday – no man left behind version
We each took turns leading the group in sets of:
- 5 pull-ups
- 10 merkins
- 15 squats
- 1/4 mile lap (for first 5…) / 20 big boys (for second 5 sets…) / 30 crunches (for final set)
Followed by 4 sets of 30 second, 6 inch holes with a single lift in between sets.
Built into workout
while said a million times already, just thankful for this group and how we have proven time and time again to be there for each other across the entire region+. Our accountability is an amazing thing and so happy to be a part of it. Special personal thanks to @Squid and his family for welcoming me into their home yesterday and dedicating have his day helping me rebuild a bike. One (amazing) example of this group’s power that goes WELL beyond fitness.
