Most of you know the drill by now, though we threw in a wrinkle today by making it all pavers! PAX did four exercises for 25 reps each, ran six flights of stadium steps, 45 second wall squat, and ran back to the west endzone to repeat the fun all over again. Today’s exercises were: Paver Merkins, Paver curls, Paver tricep kickbacks, and paver front lateral raises.
Six inch holds with commands of apart together, up and down, two sets of 90 seconds each. Baby Baby crunches, sliding hands to heels on the turf x20, LBCs x20
With so many of us traveling, and @Wall-E partaking in a Cincinnati/NKY beatdown over the weekend, I just wanted to remind everyone to be open to new ideas you see/hear at these different AOs. I think we’ve always been open to this, as far as exercises go, but also look for intriguing concepts. I pulled the Pledge of Allegiance off the national channel, and it’s become a staple in our daily routine. If you see something you believe we can benefit from, bring it home, and run it by the group.
Prayers to all the PAX traveling. May your vacations be festive, and your travels be safe. Prayer of thanks that none of @Focker’s kids were in their playset when a tree fell on it over the weekend! One final congratulatory note to @Garmin who is now the HVAC tech of choice for #f3-MAC!
