Various stretches plus modified motivator (5 down, 5 up)
PAX split into two groups of 4.
One group did a cardio exercise while other did a crap ton reps of a core exercise.
Cardio: Bear crawl + lap (x2)
Core: Oblique crunches
Cardio: Burpee inch worm
Core: 6 inch hold
Thought of the day: Within a podcast about finding your “why”, the speaker mentioned a tactic of replacing “why” with “what” when probing for a response. “Why” tends to elicit defensive or unintentionally emotional responses while “what” seems to provide space for an easier response. Seemed to be an easy, logical and practical little tidbit of advice. That’s TED… 🙂
