Warm-up:

Various back / arm and leg stretches. Motivator with merkins sprinkled in (exchanging for the hops).

Mosey to get block.

Workout:

10 of exercise, dynamic exercise across field to the other sideline, 1 of another exercise, mosey back. Each set decreased by one at the starting sideline and increased by one on the other sideline.

  • Round 1: Alternating block lunge, high knees/skips, dips
  • Round 2: Merkins, backwards run, prisoner get-ups

  • Block wipers
  • Leg lifts
