- Arm Circles (15) Reverse (15)

- Hip stretches
- Forearm stretches side to side, and leanbacks
- Down Dawg, up dawg
- Flamingo
Workout:
- All PAX squat hold, while one sprints 200yds, do until all have run
- All PAX six inch hold, while one runs 150yds, do until all have run
- All PAX plank/merkins, while one runs 100yds, do until all have run
- All PAX coupon rifle hold, while one runs 50 yds, do until all have run
- 20 Curls, 20 forearm curls, 20 tricep extensions (x 2)
- Run suicide (30 and back, 25 and back, 15 and back, 5 and back) (x 2)

Listen to your body! You don’t have to max out every workout. Sometimes it’s about the extra reps. Sometimes it’s about rest.
