  • Neck Rolls OYO
  • Clown Car Look Left, Look Right
  • Arm Circles (15) Reverse (15)
  • Tappy Taps (10)
  • Hip stretches
  • Forearm stretches side to side, and leanbacks
  • Down Dawg, up dawg
  • Flamingo

Workout:

  • All PAX squat hold, while one sprints 200yds, do until all have run
  • All PAX six inch hold, while one runs 150yds, do until all have run
  • All PAX plank/merkins, while one runs 100yds, do until all have run
  • All PAX coupon rifle hold, while one runs 50 yds, do until all have run
  • 20 Curls, 20 forearm curls, 20 tricep extensions (x 2)
  • Run suicide (30 and back, 25 and back, 15 and back, 5 and back) (x 2)

COT:

Listen to your body! You don’t have to max out every workout. Sometimes it’s about the extra reps. Sometimes it’s about rest.
