Warm-up:

Motivator followed by stretchy things

Workout:

We partnered up. One partner stayed at the base of the hills and did sets of curls/big boys (alternating each round) while the other partner ran the hill and did 20 clockwork merkins at the top (5 at each quarter mark)… After the other partner completed the same number of trips to the top and sets of merkins, the pair increased the trips by one (run to top, do merkins, run back down and repeat for round’s set count.) After a number of rounds, we switched to alternating after each single trip.
