- We partnered up… started doing normal rep count dora but switched to rotation count instead for time. Partner did exercise while other lunge walked to the 30 and did sumo squats back.
1 rotation (~100 reps): big boys
2 rotations (~150 reps): plank up downs
2 rotations (~200 reps): wood choppers with exercise bands
1 rotation (~75 reps): bird dogs with bands
kind of like colt 45s for abs… increasing the range of motion slightly while keeping core tight… progressing from super baby crunches through to big boys.
