Workout:

We failed. Recovered. And failed again.

Exercise to failure, mosey ~100 yards, repeat for duration of song.
Exercises:

  • Curls
  • Triceps
  • Squat holds
  • 6” holds
  • Chateranga/Cowabunga/Chatorama (spelling issues here)
  • Monkey humpers

6MOM:

Circle of pain. 25 reps of each PAXs chosen exercise.

COT:

I shared a very recent experience I had of reaching out to my dad. I have always been close with him and love him deeply. Although we both have kept each other very distant emotionally. I reached out with the personal goal to change that. I know he’s always been there for me and I choose to lean into the vulnerability of allowing myself to accept his support. We live in a culture with a very large stigma around males and emotions. We are all human. We all have feelings. We all could benefit from support from those around us, including fellow males in our lives that continually show up for us.
