  • Motivators
  • Neck rolls
  • Arm circles
  • Bear stretch

Workout:

  • Partner up and grab a coupon (25 minutes)
  • Jog one lap
  • Meet on goal line with coupon
  • Jog to 10 and do 10 each air squats, merkins and LBC’s then sprint back
  • Other guy does 25 curls and then high plank on goal line
  • Switch
  • Jog to 20 and do 20 of each then sprint back
  • Other guy does 25 curls and then high plank on goal line
  • Switch
  • Jog to 30 and do 30 of each then sprint back
  • Other guy does 25 curls and then high plank on goal line
  • Switch
  • Jog one lap with partner and start over
