Workout:

Merkins round the clock – 10 each (irkin, left, dirkin, right)

Squats around the clock – 10 (reg, left, right, wide)
Mosey roughly 200yds – from scoreboard to the East end of home bleachers underneath
x10burpees, x20merkins, x20squats, x20 curls, x20 overhead press
Bear crawl up the hill, Crawl bear back down

6MOM:

McGillicutty fought a Bear and kicked his hairy bear ass!
– Neutral spine hold/leg lifts all PAX – each PAX does x3 burpees down the line – we switched legs halfway through
– Indian bear crawl- PAX lined up Indian run style, but the line completed side planks while the end PAX bear crawled to the front of the line. ~60 sec hold for each side plank and we had a little spare time for a regular plank at the end

– Bird Dog Plank (15count each sidex2)

COT:

Most of the exercises today – burpees, bear crawls, manmakers, McGill exercises, etc.….I love to hate them. The exercises can be brutal – add a coupon in and it gets even more fun! I do them because I know I’ll feel so much better after the tough workout. I like to challenge myself constantly – these are the things that help us to get better and be the best version of ourselves. F3 has given all of us such a great opportunity to keep healthy with our physical, mental and spiritual/emotional health in a way that not many other groups can offer. I am forever grateful for this group and for the camaraderie that boosts my drive to get up in the morning and embrace the suck with like-minded dudes. Get after it this week, guys! Happy Labor Day!
