Workout:

Ultimate Frisbee with some nice assists all around. @Hardware brought out the big cones to compliment @Radio‘s small ones. @Stafford and @Flo brought the heat with some quality discs!

6MOM:

We went through a quick round of 10x bicycles on a four count, 50x LBCs and a 45 second 6″ hold, which really got the 2.0s howling.

COT:
