We did an escalator which was the following circuit in cadence.
We worked the four corners of one half of the football field and added one exercise at each spot building up to the final set of:
- 10 merkins
- 20 LBCs
- 30 squats
- 40 SSH
- 50 mtn climbers
- 60 monkey humpers
- 70 plank jacks
- 80 flutter kicks
- 90 air presses

There are probably people all around us who need some type of support. It is up to us as leaders to see those people and to see how we can make the positive impact on them when the opportunity presents itself.
