Workout:

Pax performed the following exercises progressively, escalator style starting with the base item and adding the next exercise. In between “floors” a “recovery” mosey was made on short field of goal line,  to sideline,  to 50 yard line,  to sideline and back. Worked our way up adding 5 reps onto each “floor”.

  • 15 Coupon Curls (120)
  • 20 Coupon Squats (140)
  • 25 American Hammers (120)
  • 30 Plank (30 seconds, not minutes) (150)
  • 35 Mountain Climbers (140)
  • 40 Side Straddle Hops (120)
  • 45 Freddy Mercuries (90)
  • 50 Merkins (50)
