  • Arm Circles
  • Tappy Taps
  • Flamingo
  • Bear Stretch

Workout:

  • Start at the 50 yard line on the track
  • Jog to the first corner
  • Bear crawl to the second corner
  • Jog to the opposite 50 yard line on the track
  • Do 25 merkins
  • Jog to the third corner
  • Lunge walk to the final corner
  • Jog back to the 50 yard line on the track
  • Do 25 jump squats

Repeato for a total of 4 laps

6MOM:

  • LBCs x15
  • Side crunches L+R x10 per side
  • Big boys x15

COT:

When you take a leap, always focus on the final destination. Never look back.
