- Start at the 50 yard line on the track
- Jog to the first corner
- Bear crawl to the second corner
- Jog to the opposite 50 yard line on the track
- Do 25 merkins
- Jog to the third corner
- Lunge walk to the final corner
- Jog back to the 50 yard line on the track
- Do 25 jump squats
Repeato for a total of 4 laps

- LBCs x15
- Side crunches L+R x10 per side
- Big boys x15

When you take a leap, always focus on the final destination. Never look back.
