Warm-up:

  • Mobility (high knees, butt kickers, zombie walks, mosey)
  • arm circles
  • necks
  • 1/4 mile mosey

Workout:

Split into Teams of Two. One PAX does Roll the Dice, Second Pax either Ran a 400 on Track or Did a “You vs. You” Challenge on the field. . Switch with team mate and pick up Roll the Dice where he is. Roll the dice, First Die picks the exercise, second die (x10) determines the reps.
