Workout:

PAX completed the full whiteboard of 10 exercise sets, increasing reps by 2 for each round. Once the exercises for that round were completed – we had our choice of running 100yds or completing x50 mtn climbers or x50 plank jacks before going back to the board. Everything was completed OYO and we jammed to some sick beats.

Merkins, Bent Rows, Goblet Squat, Curls for the Girls, Squat Thrusters, Triceps Choice, Lunges, Overhead Press, Derkins, Coupon Swings

PAX completed each round with 2-4-6-8-10-12- reps and back down the ladder until the timer went off.
*Bonus Burpees or Manmakers completed only for the round with 12 reps.

if you don’t use it you lose it – Can’t say enough about how grateful I am for the HC: accountability and the support of this group. I care for numerous patients throughout my shifts; they range from all ages – it’s crazy to see a 30-40-50-60 year old patient who has trouble walking from A-Z in the room, usually our ambulatory stuff with patients, is not more than a few paces. Due to the sedentary lifestyle, diet choices, and support networks of a lot of these patients, they are incredibly weak and unsteady and just overall dependent and unable/unwilling to get motivated and to do things for themselves. You all started the day with me by traveling across the football field between all the different coupon and callisthenic drills; you already had accomplished more in just that small 45min time frame than most people do in their entire day!
