Start at goal line, run to 30 yd line. Do 12 reps of exercise 1. Run back to goal line and do 12 reps of exercise 1 plus 12 reps of exercise 2. Repeat and add through all 12 grades

1st grade – LBC
2nd grade – SSH
3rd grade- American Hammers
4th grade- Merkins
5th grade- Heels to Heaven
6th grade- Alternating side squats
7th grade- Reverse crunches
8th grade- Mountain climbers
9th grade- Diamond Merkins
10th grade- Wipers
11th grade- Knerkins
12th grade- Burpees
