Blitzkrieg

Workout:

Full Body warm up, followed by a broken coupon, then some Animals showed up to play x 20 reps each:
Bat wings (forward arm circles, backward arm circles, seal claps, overhead claps, never putting arms down between exercises)
Monkey Humpers (4 count)
Murder Bunnies to the 10 and back
Lion kings (squat thrusters with a coupon, imitating the famous scene from the movie with a coupon in place of Simba)
Bear crawls to the 10 and back
Zebra Butt kicks (plank with one knee bent, then kick back)
Bear crawl with block to 10 and back
Black Snake Run (Indian run except you weave between each runner on your way to the front)
Then rinse and repeat for another round
Ended with 30 “Butterfly” flutter kicks
