This quote is powerful to me. I think of a great leader as someone who is indispensable. Captain Marquet says that the opposite is true. We need to lead with such greatness that the people whom we lead can pick up right where we left off after we are no longer around. That is the sign of a true leader. How can we use this mindset in the workplace with the teams that we lead or at home with our children?
