Workout:

We started with coupons at the West endzone, coupon carries to the 25yd line and exercises in increasing order to tie in with the increasing number of gifts My True Love gave to me!

*Everything was completed in some form of cadence count. Q’s brain was getting a little foggy by the end there; thanks for sticking with me through this workout!

COT:

The Christmas season continues! The spirit of this season should be one that we practice year round. Caring for our communities, giving our time, talent and treasure to those less fortunate, and coming before our God in praise and thanksgiving for all that we have; these are excellent examples of what this group calls us to do throughout the entire year. We need to continue to strengthen our community, our core group, and ourselves. Let’s continue to use the gifts our heavenly Father has given us, and be the best versions of ourselves. Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him. I provided a couple of links to the articles I read that made me think a little deeper about the 12 Days of Christmas, and the theory that it is actually a coded message of Christianity. This workout went from being a fun idea that I had to make the Christmas song and the numbers work in my favor for the reps, but it ended up being a cool tie-in with the true reason for the season. The partridge in a pear tree is actually an analog for Jesus, as it is a bird that will literally sacrifice itself to save its young.

Theory that each verse has a meaning for church teaching:
