Squealer

Workout:

8 brave souls met on the frozen tundra of Ken Dukes Stadium on a frigid pre-dawn January morn’ to push themselves on the never ending quest to greatness. @Dash @Padre @Garmin @Radio @French Lick @Shugah @Wall-E and @Squealer attended the second Clusterfreeze of 2024 with 4 Pax present for every degree Fahrenheit. Well done!

We did a cardio heavy escalator circuit which included accumulating reps of the following:

10 Merkins
20 LBCs
30 Squats
40 SSH
50 Mtn Climbers
60 flutter kicks
80 air presses
100 Big Boys

Between the addition of each new exercise we ran around two sides of the football field to the opposite corner.

Due to some temperature-induced brain fog, I left out 60 monkey humpers and 70 plank jacks, which were supposed to be included before the flutter kicks. I think it was still an appropriately challenging workout even without those added elements.

Thanks to the men of the group for helping me count reps so we could complete every round IC.

COT:

If you don’t have imposter syndrome, you are taking on something too small.

Just a helpful reminder for any of us (all of us) as we approach new challenges. It is natural for your mind to tell you you can’t do something. But part of growing as a man and as a leader involves ignoring these internal signals that only limit your ability to achieve your full potential.
