Exercises were all completed for 1 minute with 1 minute of SSH in between for the first round and alternate SSH and planks in the second round. After each round, 1 lap around the track.

I wasn’t really in the mood today to lead the workout, but took the opportunity when it came up. When you have opportunities in your life, don’t put them off…take advantage of them. Also, if you are going to prepare for a long hike or run, you would want to stretch, hydrate, maybe do some training. We need to do the same thing spiritually. We need to exercise our spiritual selves as much as we are exercising our bodies. Thanks for the opportunity to lead today.
